Matty Placencia (they/them) is an actor, model, director, and writer from the San Francisco Bay Area. Their work is based in the normality, beauty, humor, and social complexity of disability. A graduate from UCLA, they were involved in the Film & Photography Society as well as LCC Theatre Company. In 2018, they were the editor for the short film "Le Jour", which made its way to the 2019 Cannes Film Festival Short Film Corner.
